This book calls tea lovers from different cultures and origins who will tell us about their process, enthusiasm, initiatives and resources to materialize their projects and become part of the tea industry.
What do tea lovers think? How do they feel about tea? How do they prepare tea? Where did they get train? How much tea do they drink daily? What tea benefits do they highlight? Who do they admire?
Tea captures through aromas, aesthetics, flavor, terroir, myths and legends, which we will travel around with those who have fascinating stories, recipes and experiences to tell.
